  • Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site www.bu-uk.co.uk (“our site”), our mobile application “W.R.A.P.S” (“our mobile application”) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The personal information you give us may include your name, e-mail address and phone number as well as details of your position and the name of your employer.
  • Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we may collect the information described in our Cookie Policy.
  • Information we receive from other sources. We work closely with our group companies and third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them. Once we are holding your personal information, we will only handle such data in accordance with this privacy policy and the Data Protection Legislation.

Any sensitive personal information (being personal information which concerns racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health or conditions, sexual life, commission or alleged commission of any offence or any proceedings for any offence committed or alleged to have been committed by you, the disposal of such proceedings or the sentence of any court in such proceedings) that we process will be processed in accordance with this privacy policy and the Data Protection Legislation. We may also provide third parties with aggregate information about our users. You will not be personally identifiable from this aggregate information.

If our business enters into a joint venture with, purchases or is sold to or merges with another business entity, your personal information may be disclosed or transferred to the target company, our new business partners or owners or their advisors.
